			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Rescue 5 responded to the 300 block of S. Olive St. to an alarm of a male subject with an injury to his face. Upon arrival on scene First Responders assessed the patient and discovered that he had been involved in a minor car accident earlier the same evening. His condition had worsened since the accident which is why he called EMS. The patient later refused transport by Unit 17 to the hospital. All units went in service.</p>
